    corissia.clever is a unique repeating guests reward program, presented by the Corissia Hotels. It is based on a simple principle:

    Whenever a member of corissia.clever reserves a room or suggests a room reservation through www.corissia.com to a friend, 50 € will be charged to his/her account, as soon as the reservation is confirmed and the total room price is at least 500 €!

  • 1. Can I arrange my next vacation with you individually?

    Your next vacation in one of the Corissia Hotels can be easily arranged and booked directly with us (through our website or by telephone). You will then get your bonus as a member of corissia.clever in addition to any other discounts.

    Let us know your desired travel period and we will inform you about the current room deals and the best flights to Crete. In addition, we can arrange your transfer from the airport to the hotel (e.g. with our hotel shuttle / personal transfer or rental car). Just visit our website at www.corissia.com

  • 2. How does corissia.clever work?

    As a guest of the Corissia Hotels you automatically get a unique computer generated code, your Corissia ID, that identifies you as a registered guest of the Corissia Hotels. Your Corissia ID can be associated with any room reservation made directly (through our website/telephone) for you or any other person you may suggest. If you are a member of corissia.clever, we return 50 € to you for each reservation, that is associated with your Corissia ID and exceeds 500 € total room price.

    The credited amount can be found any time on your corissia.clever account, which can be accessed with your Corissia ID and a password, that you choose during the short registration procedure.

  • 3. What are the benefits of being a member of corissia.clever?

    The bonus will be credited to your corissia.clever account, whether you personally, one of your family members or friends are holidaying with us. The amounts credited can be paid in cash during your holiday, relieving your holiday budget.
    Upon request we can organize for you a low cost personal transport by car from the airport to the hotel and back, without waiting time and stopovers.
    In case of cancellation of your room reservation, there will be no cancellation fees for you, no matter when you make the cancellation.
  • 4. How can a reservation be associated with my Corissia ID?

    Our reservation team needs to be informed about your Corissia ID, whenever a reservation is issued for you or a friend of yours. We will then associate it with the reservation. Just simple as that.

    If you use the request form on our website to perform a reservation, just enter your Corissia ID in the field specified on the request form. If you book per telephone do not forget to mention your Corissia ID!

    In addition, you will find on your corissia.clever account links to www.corissia.com, which already include your Corissia ID, so that it will appear automatically on the request form!

  • 5. When is the credited amount confirmed?

    As soon as our reservation department issues a reservation associated with your Corissia ID, the credited amount can be viewed in your account at once. However, this amount will be firstly unconfirmed, in case the reservation changes or is cancelled. On the departure date, as specified in the reservation, the credited amount will be automatically confirmed.

    In your corissia.clever account you can view all confirmed and unconfirmed credits of yours.

  • 6. How and when can I get my confirmed credits?

    You can specify your bank account details in your corissia.clever account, if you wish a settlement from us via secure bank transfer. You can also get any confirmed credits cash during your stay in one of our hotels.

    By default, all settlements via bank transfer are be performed during the first 2 weeks of November each year.

  • 7. I do not know my Corissia ID. Now what?

    If you have already stayed in one of the Corissia Hotels and you did not get your Corissia ID or you are just missing it, you may find it easily online. You can search our database by your last name and date of birth at 'Become a member' and get automatically informed about your Corissia ID. You can then complete the short registration procedure by just choosing a new password.

    If you cannot find yourself in our database, even though you have already been our guest, please complete and submit the form, that appears after the database search. We will check your data manually, in order to enable your registration, as soon as possible.
