How to make a reservation
Contact our reservation department
To contact our reservation department directly please use this request form. Of course you may contact us any time by telephone, fax or e-mail too. As soon as we recieve your request, we will inform you, as soon as possible, about the availability of the requested rooms.
Reserve your rooms
If you decide for a reservation, we will reserve the rooms for you for a limited period of time (e.g till you have arranged your flights). As soon as your reservation has been submitted in our system you will receive a personal "Reservation ID Nummer" from our reservation department. With this "Reservation ID" you will be able to view or download your reservation report (see Menu "Hotel Voucher").
Complete the reservation / Payment methods
To complete the reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 20% of the total amount. As soon your deposit has been transfered your reservation is automatically confirmed and your reservation report will be your Hotel Voucher.
- Bank transaction. Our bank accounts for your reservations are the following:

- TSILEDAKIS, IBAN: GR47 0140 6630 6630 0200 2008 089 BIC: CRBAGRAAXXX, Alpha Bank Greece
- Credit card. You could use your credit card to pay online any amount required using the Corissia ePayment Center. As soon as you type the name used for your reservation and the required amount, you will be automatically redirected to a secure interface of a greek Bank (Winbank, Service provided by Pireus Bank Greece), where you may type your credit card details. Please note, that the data of your credit card will be encrypted and will not be known by anyone else but the bank itself. As soon as your card has benn verified, you will automatically receive an unique number (transaction ID), which will be your payment receipt. The whole procedure lasts only a few seconds.
Please provide your Reservation ID as a payment remark. Once you have payed the deposit, the reservation is automatically confirmed and a further confirmation from us will not be necessary. Please keep the bank receipt or the Corissia ePayment Center transaction ID to show it at our reception.
The rest of the amount can be payed using one of the payment methods described above or cash at the hotel, during the first days of your stay.
If you cancel the reservation less than 15 days prior to your arrival, 20% of the total amound will be charged as a cancellation fee.
