The ballroom is complemented by a spacious 160 m² foyer featuring a Library Lounge and an Art Gallery Corner, ideal for welcome receptions, registration, coffee breaks, networking moments or elegant pre-event gatherings.

The Cydonean Private Hall brings together three adjacent meeting lounges into one refined and flexible 100 m² space. With retractable walls, Meeting Lounges I, II and III can be seamlessly combined to create an elegant setting for private meetings, workshops, receptions, intimate celebrations or exclusive dining events. Each meeting lounge may also be booked independently, while a dedicated 40 m² foyer complements the hall, offering additional space for welcome drinks, coffee breaks, registration, networking or pre-event gatherings.
