The hotel rooms are large, perfectly equipped with hi-tech technology that allows you to adjust the lights and the temperature from the various panels spread all over the place. The hotel is perfectly located near the beach and the strip that included many good restaurants where you can dine watching amazing sunsets. The hotel staff is extremely professional but also friendly at the same time. The quality of the service is up to the 5-star rating. Modern clean rooms , breakfast was one of the best we have had and lovely not to have to do a buffet and have fresher food, Really liked the ability to book sunbeds on the beach which was two minutes away and also have bar and food beach service . If you’re coming to Crete and planning to stay in Chania, don’t look anywhere else. First, the staff is extraordinary – they are warm and friendly, and every interaction was a delight. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with smiles, champagne, and hors d’oeuvres. This isn’t unusual when arriving at a good hotel, but often it’s the end of their hospitality as you become just another guest.
